HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR NEW WINDOWS

At Windowline we understand that not all strata communities can afford the upfront cost of window replacement. We also know that many owners struggle to meet special levies when they are imposed.

This is a problem. The cost of any building work will rise over time. In the case of a strata community, the increase may not be just because of inflation. Delaying works might exacerbate the problem, increasing the scope of the work that must be done, and so adding another increase to the cost.

Also, and this is critical, the community may be exposed to legal liability if people are injured or property is damaged during the delay.
